Manhunt Underway in London Subway Bombing

An improvised explosive device on a timer has gone off on a Tube train at Parsons Green station in south-west London. Police say that they are treating the incident as terrorism. NHS England say 22 people are being treated in hospital, none are thought to be in a serious or life-threatening condition. A manhunt is now underway for the suspect.
